2. Information we collect
- Contact details you share via forms, email, or our newsletter (name, business email, company, and optional title).
- Assessment responses you submit through our AI Audit, including an optional workflow description. Please do not include confidential, personal, regulated, or sensitive information in that description.
- Scheduling data processed by Calendly when you book a consultation.
- Attribution and usage data such as UTM values, pages viewed, device type, and referrer when approved analytics is enabled.
3. How we use information
We use the information to produce and provide the requested audit report, respond to inquiries, operate and secure the service, and improve it. Report processing is separate from optional marketing consent. We do not sell personal information.
4. Sharing
Data may be processed by our hosting provider and by only those optional destinations configured for the service, such as a CRM or approved webhook. Scheduling, analytics, email, and AI providers process data only when enabled for their stated purpose. Google Translate is disabled on the audit route.
